As a central contact person in the helpline support, you support internal and external field service engineers worldwide, especially in escalations and installations, with your well-founded expertise Start technical information using the InfoManager software and supply service and retrofit lines You can also actively contribute to the development of training materials for our line and factory hardware solutions In developer rounds and Product Sustaining Groups, you represent the interests of the service area and ensure that practical perspectives are included in the further development of our products In short, you are instrumental in continuously improving our factory solutions and products and making them even more reliable

You have a completed technician training or a study in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable subject Long-standing experience in dealing with SIPLACE systems You have well-founded knowledge of the SMT Line and Factory-Level hardware portfolio as well as the ASMPT automation solutions Your communication skills, especially in English and in German, are outstanding both in writing and oral You bring basic project management know-how and have a good understanding of service-related processes In the international environment, you desire sovereignity, show cultural sensitivity in dealing with people from all over the world and bring joy to worldwide business trips
