Creation, optimization and publication of job advertisements (SEO-optimized for job exchanges & LinkedIn) Care and further development of our applicant management system Active applicant management incl. communication with candidate:inside as well as the acquisition of email applications Support for Recruiting Reportings & HR Controlling including controlling list maintenance Preparation and accompaniment of German-wide university trade fairs & career events Support for presentations and strategic recruiting initiatives Search for trends in recruiting and talent acquisition
