Experienced HR Officer (m/w/d) for the conversion of HR IT to SAP Success Factors

We are on the way to realize a significant change – the transition of a dynamically growing group of companies with about 10,000 employees from a self-developed ERP system to SAP S/4 Hana.

To strengthen our team in our Kiel headquarters, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) Experienced personnel consultant for the conversion of HR-IT to SAP Success Factors

Active co-design/transformation of existing personnel processes including Accounting in SAP Success Factors Preparation of existing data stocks for acquisition in SAP SF EC/ECP Optimization of existing processes Implementation of new process structure Key User and Coach for HR (m/w/d) Interest to also work into the existing PAISY payroll accounting programs After successful completion of the project implementation Takeover of a support area as a HR Business Partner

(m/w/d) or a completed economic study with a focus on personnel at least 5 years of professional experience as a staff consultant in the application of SAP good knowledge of labour law treated with MS Office as well as openness to handling digital tools independent, result-oriented and structured working methods Openness, loyalty, reliability and teamability Power of persuasion and binding occurrence strong hands on mentality Communication strength and joy in dealing with people high social and conflict resolution competence
