You are involved in the success of e-government projects in the field of process consulting, e-acts and data exchange between authorities. You accept professional requirements of our public administration customers and translate their topics into work packages for our development department. You carry out workshops and start professional concepts for the use of our products. You can customize our products as part of your projects. You advise our customers in the federal, state and municipal sectors and support them in the (further) development and integration of processes and solutions. You actively contribute to the creation of user stories, business cases and customer presentations. You are the central contact person (m/w/d) of our customers in all technical questions. You work closely with the project management to address tasks of project management internally.

You have completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, economics, political or social sciences, public management or humanities. You have a comparable high or higher Higher education or vocational training in one of the above areas. You're an IT-affin and have fun working with people. You're a carpenter (m/w/d) and you're empathically and friendly to our customers. You already have several years of professional experience in consulting federal, state or municipal administrations in digitization projects and are ready to acquire new knowledge. You have knowledge of common data exchange formats for public administration. You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level), which are complemented by your communicative and didactic skills. You are reliable, flexible and regionally ready to travel.
