Tasks

Support for staff administration, e.g. in the preparation of work contracts, certificates and certificates -Pflege and management of personal files and HR databases -Coordination of applicant management: job advertisements, appointment arrangements, communication with applicants:inside

• Preparing monthly wage and salary bills in cooperation with accounting
• Support in the planning and implementation of personnel development measures and training -Working with HR projects and support in day-to-day business

Requirements profile

First professional experience in the HR sector desirable, but also professional starters: -Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Structured and careful operation and a high degree of discretion -Communication strength, team spirit and joy in dealing with people
