Organisation and leadership of the Housekeeping team ● Control and ensure cleanliness in guest rooms and all public areas ● Creation of daily work and cleaning plans ● Checking the rooms before sharing for our guests ● Ordering and managing detergents, laundry and consumables ● Close cooperation with reception, home technology and restaurant ● Introducing new employees ● Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards ● Processing of guest wishes and complaints in housekeeping

Complete training in the hotel area or several years of professional experience in housekeeping ● First leadership experience as a houseman, assistant housekeeper or in comparable position of advantage ● High quality standards and a pronounced look for details ● Organizational and independent working ● Friendly, well-kept and safe occurrence ● Team skills and a value-assurance leadership style ● Good knowledge of German in word and writing
