IT System Administrator – Managed Services (Focus: Monitoring, Security or Endpoint Management)

You accompany new customers through the onboarding process of our managed services and ensure a smooth start You perform regular administration and maintenance tasks in our managed service environments You analyze and troubleshoot technical disorders – efficient, solution-oriented and partnership-oriented You actively contribute to the further development of our managed services – with ideas, know-how and commitment You work closely with colleagues from sales, expertise and technology You are contact persons for our customers and develop them further technically and strategically You benefit from a well-established, helpful team with short decision-making and a collegial team Depending on the focus, you will also take over tasks in one of the following areas: Monitoring Support and development of monitoring solutions (e.g. PRTG, NinjaOne, checkmk) Analysis of system and performance data Structure of Proactive Alert and Escalation Structures Security Supporting firewall, endpoint and security solutions Implementation of security policies and patch strategies Work with solutions such as Sophos, CrowdStrike, Greenbone, Fortinet or Ä. Device management / patch management Managing Windows Server (2019/2022/2025), Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Solutions Software distribution and patch management (e.g. ACMP, NinjaOne) Lifecycle management of clients and servers Important: You do not have to be an expert in all three areas simultaneously. It is crucial to have a profound experience in at least one focus – we develop your skills together.

What are you doing? Complete training as a specialist:in for system integration or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, IT security, etc. At least two years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in the managed service area Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, network & infrastructure Experience in at least one of the areas of monitoring, security or terminal management Safe appearance in customer contact and high self-responsibility Analytical thinking, organizational strength, communication skills and team orientation Optional: first project management experience or ambitions in this direction
