Process management and monitoring: supervision, monitoring and regulation of processes in order implementation and execution. System knowledge: Learning and applying the in-house order registration system and the administrator function in customer portals. Article management: Processing of article information (description, quantities, prices) of the alphacam portfolio in relevant processing systems. Technical instructions for order processing: management of employees in the fields of order collection and filling, including control of problem solutions. Auditing and processing of commercial-law requirements for procurement, identification of risks and negotiations for the protection of business interests. Complaint management: care and processing of critical complaints, investigation of internal information, development of refusals and communication with customers and withdrawal of claims. Confidentiality Agreements (GHV): Examination and creation of secrecy agreements related to confidential information and orders. Commercial valuations: valuation of assets and stocks as part of the annual accounts. Cooperation with legal representation: communication and close cooperation with the external legal representation of alphacam.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with an economic focus. A completed BWL degree (e.g. VWA or university) alone meets the requirements. Note: For this position, we want a qualification focusing on B2B processes, purchasing/distribution, supplier communication and business tasks. Professional experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial sector (B2B). Industrial experience is explicitly desired – especially in environments where you have worked with technical products, international supply chains or complex order processes. Generalist: Knowledge of the breadth of economic requirements. Analytical skills: ability to identify problems and develop independent solutions as well as efficient procedures.
