Development and optimization of production processes and plants Responsibility for process design / stability, capacity analysis and serial problems in production / production Overall responsibility for design transfer from concept phase to stable series production Implementation of structured problem-solving processes using Six-Sigma methods Implementation of process validations and related documentation Close cooperation with development, quality, purchasing and suppliers Head of Continuous Improvement Projects Using Lean Methods Building and managing project plans (time, resources, budget, risks) Creating economic accounts, CAPEX evaluation and unit and process costs

Successfully completed studies of engineering Multiannual professional experience in production, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical, automotive or medical technology Experience in project management for process optimization or introduction of new technologies Knowledge of process optimization methods such as Lean Management, Six Sigma (yellow or green belt) and successful implementation in the production environment Knowledge of how to use CAD programs (e.g. SolidWorks) Secure IT skills (e.g. ERP systems, CAQ system) Planning and organizational strength and analytical thinking Insufficient experience in Lean principles and their application High commitment, sense of responsibility and excellent team skills Very good German knowledge (C1 / C2) and good English knowledge (B2 / C1)
