Legal Counsel Animal Health (m/f/d)

In the field of Animal Health Global Strategic Marketing, legal advice focuses on the development and implementation of global marketing and go-to-market strategies, including product launches, promotional and communication concepts as well as innovative business and service models. In the field of Animal Health Global Supply, the focus is on the creation and negotiation of manufacturing and supply contracts with wage manufacturers and active substance suppliers as well as general topics of the production of pharmaceutical products, including quality assurance. As a Legal Counsel, you provide a wide range of legal services and provide strategic legal advice on corporate projects with global relevance. In close cooperation with the business, you actively participate in business-critical decisions and support a balanced, risk-oriented decision-making. You take over the management and negotiation of complex contract projects and control challenging legal issues independently in a global environment. Support your entrepreneurial thinking and strong business understanding You can identify legal risks and opportunities early on and make informed decisions. As a passionate lawyer, you follow the development of relevant local and international laws and regulations, identify business-relevant legal trends early and develop proactive legal strategies.

Full jury with above-average examina or comparable qualifications in a European jurisdiction Professional experience in a firm or legal department of a company, ideally in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, life sciences, MedTech, Chemistry, Consumer Health) Experience gained in consulting on commercial and strategic issues and in designing and negotiating complex contracts in an international environment knowledge of international contractual and relevant economic law and competition law; ideally first contact points with medicine/pharmaceutical Excellent judgement in terms of legal risks and business opportunities combined with strong strategic and economic thinking as well as solution-oriented working High communication and consulting skills and ability to build sustainable relationships at all levels of an international company English knowledge in word and writing Applications for people with severe disabilities are welcome, and if appropriate You are taken into account.
