What you are moving with us: You are responsible for the operational further development of the markets you are looking for through intensive support of market leaders and joint solution finding in questions, in particular in terms of market processes. You support market leaders in ensuring the quality of the operator permanently. In addition, ensure the continuous development of market managers and merchants, so that You have the market beyond the economic indicators ''in the handle'. You identify requirements with regard to the assortments for the area manager Ware and are in the active exchange with the sales manager and the relevant area manager Ware. In consultation with the sales manager, you are responsible for the best practice exchange within the markets you are looking for. You support market managers and merchants in quantitative and qualitative annual target planning. In addition, you support the markets in the management work by bringing the market manager to personnel work.
