The Darmstadt Judicial Detention Centre is responsible for the execution of prison sentences to adult male prisoners with a duration of up to 24 months. It has a occupancy of a total of 422 detents and is an institution of Security Level II. In addition to the objective of mediation according to § 35 BtMG, a central field of work is the psychosocial advice of the occupants. It supports the prisoners in their current life situation and helps to develop perspectives for the time after detention.

Your tasks: • information-oriented consultations and support for drug-prone and addicted prisoners, • Adjustment, development of life perspectives and dismissal preparation, • contacts with relatives and reference persons, • Support of clients in medical rehabilitation.

Your profile: • completed studies of social work or social education (Dipl./B.A./M.A.) or comparable qualifications, • Experience in the field of search advice of advantage, • Conflictability and safe occurrence.
