Takeover of the interface function between construction site and central controlling Determining and calculating the budget for internal and external performance Monitoring the current stock and identifying and evaluating potential risks Responsibility for the cost control and processing of data for the production of monthly reports (cost-destined comparison) Creating and Continuous Adaptation of Work Calculation Development of monthly reporting including performance and earnings forecast Support of the project and construction management through sound work Ensuring the topicality and completeness of all relevant project data Plausibility check of key figures, and control of commercial processes Participation in project submissions and final discussions

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. construction or commercial training with relevant professional experience) Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager or calculator in large construction projects in the infrastructure sector are advantageous Knowledge of how to deal with IT-based accounting and calculation (ideally with RIB iTWO or comparable software) and MS-Office High IT affinity and understanding for digital processes, so that you can always be informed about the relevant project data Experience in project management and cost controlling
