We offer you:

• Grouping up to the KR9 TV-L (with specialist training), in the event of compliance with the tariff conditions

• Full-time employment, plus 38.5 hours/week; parttime work may be compatible with certain working time models

• Intensive medical treatment, also of extremely unripe FG (approximately 50 FG < 1500g per year) and risk newborns with different illnesses

Take this with you:

• A completed training as a health and child caregiver / health and child caregiver, or Nurse for children / nurse or nursing staff with specialisation

• Ideally a completed intensive professional training pediatric / IMC course or the willingness to acquire it

• Organizational design and readiness for the 3-layer system incl. Call service

• Interest in training and further development

• Empathy, sense of responsibility and joy in working with early and risk newborns
