As SAP User Projects & Processes (m|w|d) you ensure that the processes in the LÖWEN-SERVICE run efficiently and our SAP systems can be used optimally. To do this, we need an experienced SAP user or an experienced SAP user to work with interest in technical processes and pleasure in the system, to support users, to understand and develop processes and to accompany projects in the service environment. If you want to use SAP routined, identify relationships and grow as a contact person in the service environment, you are right with us.

SAP application support: The monitoring and maintenance of relevant SAP monitors and the processing of wastewater cases are part of your everyday life. In addition, you support colleagues in questions about SAP processes – with a secure view for relationships. Interface management: As a central point of contact for the LÖWEN‐SERVICE, you coordinate information between users, IT and other areas of expertise and thus ensure a smooth running in the daily business. Process optimization: Existing processes take a critical look, develop suggestions for improvement and design new processes, e.g. for branches, technician vehicles or the technical hotline. System and tool support: You accompany the further development of adjacent systems such as the technician deployment planning or the mobile data acquisition and bring their own ideas for their optimization.

Qualification: A completed technical or commercial training forms your foundation and You feel comfortable in a technical environment. SAP know-how: You bring profound knowledge as an SAP user, ideally in the SD and CS module. Practical experience: You have experience in the creation, documentation and communication of processes and are inspiring to optimize and digitize workflows. Openness for new things: New topics awaken your curiosity – you like to work in and expand your knowledge continuously.
