Become part of our team as project management (w/m/d) in construction management and actively support us in shaping our real estate portfolio more sustainable Work with us on the realization of modernization and refurbishment projects of our national properties taking into account the ecological and economic standards Work closely with all project participants and work with HOAI in all phases of the contract Take communication and coordination with our departments and our headquarters in Düsseldorf Control the team and define the project objectives to achieve them in particular with regard to costs, dates and qualities Take project management services into a wide range of construction projects and bundle energy-based individual measures to increase efficiency Guide and actively control interdisciplinary construction project teams Ensure the quality and check the performance of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies, including in view of compliance with project objectives Support projects independently in the performance phases HOAI 1 – 9 (testing, planning, tendering and control)

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable technical orientation. Further requirements: You can present at least 3 years of professional experience in the construction or real estate industry, experience in project management of several projects is desirable Ideally, you have an additional professional qualification in the field of project management (DVP or the like) Experiences in sustainable construction complete your profile You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office including Project, Project Communication Systems) Cross-departmental action is of course for you. You like to communicate with different stakeholders You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz You will bring German knowledge which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 11 payment group to the E 13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
