Service in the Energy and Water Potsdam GmbH unites the technical purchasing, the energy and water applications and the billing for the network company. Main tasks are ensuring customer satisfaction internally and externally, providing and supporting efficient processes as well as the pioneering digitalization of the house. Head of Division: You are responsible for the process optimization, digitization and service orientation of your area. In addition to the internal tasks of day-to-day business and strategic project work, you are responsible for the service contracts with the partners and for their reliable implementation. Strategy and development: Together with your executives, you take the strategic control of your entire range of services and align it with the requirements of tomorrow. You design transformation projects in the field of technical purchasing, applications and billing proactively and forward-looking. Control: With your teams from various specialist experts (m/w/d), you are looking for the timely and costly implementation of the strategic projects. You always have a look at the investment and project planning of the area. Your focus is on managing and continuously developing business processes – with the aim of increasing efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction sustainably. Leadership and Culture: You promote a positive human development culture with your employees and promote the implementation of strategic resource needs and the continuation of cultural processes.

Training: You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree in the business economy, business informatics, or comparable knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work. Knowledge: In your function, you will bring profound and detectable expertise in the above-mentioned fields. Preferably, you could already gain corresponding experiences in the energy and infrastructure environment and in its application, purchasing and billing areas. You have strengthened your leadership skills via the leadership of interdisciplinary teams and you also have well-founded practical experience in strategic project management. Competences: Analytical action paired with own initiative and commitment to successfully develop projects will make you feel good. Your communication capability at all levels and in contact with different target groups helps you both in day-to-day business and in strategic work. So you bring your area to the next level.
