Operational control of the extrusion department in the daily business Ensuring production performance according to planning requirements Staff application and holiday planning in the area of responsibility Coordination and monitoring of shift occupation Implementation and monitoring of process, material and machine releases Monitoring and analysis of production characteristics (OEE, Committee, Output) Introduction of appropriate measures for quality, process or production deviations Implementation of committee analyses and support in process improvements Support for raw material optimization and material use Analysis, processing and support in the finding of causes of customer and internal complaints Implementation of employee training and instruction Audit support and provision of relevant information Support in sampling, experimental production and process development Working with investment and optimization projects

Completed design as a process mechanic plastic and rubber technology or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in blown film extrusion and experience in the plastics industry Management experience in the production or shift environment Very good knowledge of extrusion processes and production processes Knowledge of KPI control (OEE, Committee, Output) Experience in process and raw material optimization Knowledge in handling production and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DS, Qlik, CWA) Knowledge of quality requirements and audit procedures Technical understanding of production facilities and process relationships Structured and solution-oriented operation High leadership and communication skills Enforcement and decision-making Team skills and responsibility Loadability and organisational ability In addition to the leadership of the team, we expect deep process knowledge and the ability to technically analyze, optimize and develop production processes in a sustainable manner.
