Nursing specialist for the PSY standby pool (m/f/d)

We are looking for a jumper pool of our clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics

Your duties • Holistic care of patients with psychiatric diseases • Relationship building and therapeutic support in the care process • Observation, assessment and documentation of the mental and somatic state • participation in crisis interventions and deescalation measures • Implementation and support of care therapy offers • Close cooperation in the multi-professional team (doctors, therapists, social services) • Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards

Your profile • Successfully completed vocational training as a nurse or comparable qualifications • Ideally a specialist training of psychiatric care or the willingness to acquire it • The ability to accompany our patients with care and well structured treatment and therapy • Strong, empathy personality • Patience, empathy and the ability to adequately regulate proximity and distance • Cooperation • willingness to participate in continuing and continuing training • Willingness to work in the shift system
