Operational health management: We promote your health through investigations such as skin screening, eye examination, training in dealing with stress and more and offer you additional support in health issues in the professional and private sector through cooperation with the Fürstenberg Institute, BetterDoc and Medgate These are your tasks: Supporting the Compliance Officer (m/w/d) for all tasks of the Compliance function according to the WpHG and the MaRisk Introduction to the European regulatory framework for crypto values, in particular the requirements for MiCAR Active support for the areas of expertise in the implementation of the requirements in the mentioned areas of responsibility Continuous monitoring of new legal and regulatory developments at national and European level with regard to the Bank's business Implementation of its own regularly recurring monitoring activities of WpHG and MaRisk compliance Participation in the preparation of required periodic or occasional reports Participation in projects and working groups, independent representation of the compliance function Development of the Bank's compliance management system Communication with internal and external auditors and bodies We wish you: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience with WpHG/MaRisk Compliance relevance or with experience in the examination environment Knowledge of the product, work and process processes of a bank Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Convincing appearance and communication strength
