Debt Capital Markets is responsible for the acquisition, structuring and implementation of bond issues with different customer groups (states, German federal states, funding banks, companies and financial institutions) on the capital market. As a Junior Originator / DCM Business Analyst at the MTN & Illiquid Desk, they expect exciting and diverse tasks in the international and dynamic capital market environment, around core customers of the Bank (FIG), the Public Hand (SSA) and corporate customers (Corps). They take over the following tasks successively:

• As a business analyst, you support the group / department in digitization and automation initiatives to improve the digital appearance of DZ BANK AG in a sustainable manner. In this role, you will be in close contact with internal IT as well as with external IT service providers.
• You take responsibility as a professional application officer of the InGen digital marketing platform.
• In addition, you will learn how to arrange, price and place customized fixed-income solutions for institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, pension funds etc.), such as (structured) private placements and corporate debt certificates, and are in direct contact with internal and external customers.

This will bring you

• Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional practice in Fixed Income Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and understanding of the capital market in general, sound knowledge in private placement and syndicate business of advantage
• Competence in regulatory, documentation and settlement of fixed-income securities of different configurations and asset classes
• Understanding central interest rate products (cash and derivatives, in particular bearer/name papers, debt certificates) and first experience in the conclusion and pricing of these products
• Routined in handling MS Office (in particular PowerPoint) or Excel and access-based macros, in the Murex trading system (o.a.) and Bloomberg
• Very good German as well as reliable English in word and writing - other foreign languages of advantage
