Senior Manager E-Commerce (m/f/d)

Your tasks: • Strategic development of the e-commerce strategy to optimize online revenues and increase conversion rates for our extensive product range • Responsibility for the entire e-commerce sector, including webshop management, digital sales channels, online marketing and customer experience • Control and optimization of e-commerce platforms taking into account UX, performance and SEO • leadership and development of the e-commerce team as well as close cooperation with other departments (marketing, IT, logistics and customer service) • Analysis of KPIs and data-based optimization of e-commerce activities, including A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) • Management of online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Affiliate, eMail Marketing) in cooperation with internal and external partners • Identification and implementation of new digital distribution channels, marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) and trends in e-commerce, especially in the field of agricultural machinery and accessories • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth technical processes in cooperation with the IT department and external service providers

Your profile: • Successfully completed studies in economics, e-commerce, marketing, digital media or a comparable area • Multiannual experience in e-commerce management, ideally in the B2B, B2C or D2C environment within the agricultural or agricultural sector • Comprehensive expertise in online marketing, webshop management (e.g. OXID, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), SEO/SEA, social media and performance marketing • Experience in leadership and development of teams • Strong analytical and strategic skills, paired with a hands-on mentality • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making • Technical understanding of interfaces, APIs and integration of e-commerce tools • Experience in cooperation with agencies and external service providers • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
