Their focus is on the technical and organizational project execution in the interior service, as well as on coordination with the construction sites on site: Technical preparation: You critically check the planned and advertised services on the basis of dry construction systems, the technical feasibility of the planned models and take part in the planning of the economic optimizations, as well as the detection of the yield potential. Project coordination: You keep the status of ongoing construction projects in mind and support the teams in meeting appointments and quality standards. Accounting & Dimensions: You are responsible for accurate and timely project accounting. Contract management: You identify deviations in the construction process and prepare well-founded follow-up offers for change management. Documentation & Controlling: You support the technical execution and ensure that all relevant documents (photo files, proofs, acceptances) are stored in a complete and audit-proof manner. Interface function: You act as an important link between the construction sites and the internal administration to guarantee smooth processes.

We are looking for an organized personality that thinks structured and optimally fills the interface between planning and construction: Qualification: You have a completed study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable engineering qualification. Experience: You bring well-founded professional experience (about 3-5 years) in planning, project coordination or construction management. Thinking: Economic relationships are familiar to you and you bring a good sense of efficient construction processes.
