Own-sponsored processing of performance-related financing (consortial financing (including real estate), debt certificates, KK lines, property financing) Participation in banking rounds, processing of enquiries, stand-still requests, Waiver requests due to Covenant breaches or other requests from our clientele (from central government, institutional real estate operators to listed companies) The focus is on the analysis of financial figures as well as the balancing of various possibilities of action (possible re-insurance, margin increase up to a rejection of the customer's request and possible insolvency consequences) incl. Development of decision proposals Creation of decision templates for the national and international credit committee and presentation of these templates You work in the position networked in the team with other specialist colleagues.
