Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Hamburg Are you looking for technical support for fire detection systems and beyond-fire technologies, such as technologies such as alarm servers or special innovations that are not directly subject to fire detection rules but are used in the range of fire detection systems? We are looking for someone to support this support in the Nord region (main area of application: Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, Niedersachsen and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania)! They are responsible for the technical 2nd level support and on-site commissioning support for our regional teams and customers. They support the creation and implementation of technical solutions and implementation concepts and advise on the installation of complex networked systems in the fire detection sector. They take care of technical fault analyses and create, distribute technical information and are the link between customer team and product development. They collect and analyze quality-relevant product deviations and agree with product management accordingly. They create concepts and system solutions in cooperation with Portfolio Management, perform field tests and piloting and develop Best Practice documents to illustrate successful special solutions. They participate in beta tests for portfolio management and product development when introducing new products and systems. They analyze disturbances and create corresponding support tickets with subsequent tracking.

Education: You have a completed subject-specific vocational training (if necessary to the state-tested technician) or a completed study in the field of electrical engineering, communication technology or a comparable qualification Experience and know-how:Professional experience of more than three years in technical field service or support and good knowledge in the installation and commissioning of fire detection equipment. well-founded knowledge in the field of safety technology fire detection, speech alarm systems or Video fire detection, networked IT systems A routined handling of IP technologies Knowledge of how to use interfaces for data and information transmission Routinized handling of relevant standards and guidelines Safe appearance in word and writing, also in dealing with external positions and good knowledge in Microsoft Office
