Master roofer and carpenter (m/f/d)

Project management: independent management and coordination of construction projects in the field of roof and timber construction – from planning to completion Team management: organisation and management of the executive self- and after-contracting teams at the construction site Construction site control: Planning, monitoring and ensuring smooth workflows in compliance with dates and quality standards Material & Disposition: Ordering, disposition and quality testing of materials and building materials Documentation & Control: Audit and complete documentation of progress Quality & Safety: Quality monitoring and safety of work and compliance with all relevant regulations Technical solutions: selection of suitable materials and development of practical technical solutions

Professional qualification: Complete master exam in rooftop or carpentry crafts – ideally in both trades; alternatively completed training with relevant professional experience Professional experience: practical experience at the construction site, ideally with first management or coordination tasks Technical understanding: Embossed craftsmanship and technical know-how combined with structured organisational skills Personality: Reliable, independent and team-oriented – with the will to actively advance projects Mobility: Class B licence required
