Staff management and strategic control: You motivate and value your team in the core area tasks and use guidance tools in a targeted and appropriate manner. You are responsible for the strategic orientation of the department and are looking at the particularly high external impact of the topics. Your goals and priorities are clear and binding to your employees. Tasks are delegated in a targeted and practical manner. Project and process responsibility: You ensure the continuous development of the department. In doing so, you are actively implementing legal, technical and organizational changes in the diverse tasks and driving change processes. Legal and representative tasks: You will use your well-founded legal knowledge to solve complex problems and issues, in particular authorities and institutions. You represent the Office in bodies and at events.

Qualifications: You have a scientific university degree or a master's degree in the field of law, administration/economic/social/political sciences, the ability for the higher non-technical administration service or a comparable qualification. Expertise and professional experience: With your extensive and well-founded expertise, especially in regulatory and administrative law, you are well equipped for the complex and diverse tasks and topics. Competences: Their leadership style is cooperative, trustful and solution-oriented. As an experienced manager, you can take responsibility and act confidently in stressful situations. In addition to communication strength and personal commitment, you are convinced by decision-making strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign and competent appearance.
