For the Facility Management division at the workplace of Bonn or Berlin, the central office is looking for one or more: Controller for federal construction with focus on accounting and data management (w/m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 11 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEFM5503, Stellen‐ID 1347710) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate company of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutions to the buildings of customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or the Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). You shall examine the annual accounts submitted by the individual Länder for the reimbursement of construction costs in the Federal Republic of Germany, compile audit reports and determine final payment amounts You produce annual auditing notes for billing to individual contractors and clarify on their request inconsistencies and differences with the individual state building administrations You plan and monitor the receipt and payment of the deduction and final payments for the reimbursement of costs to countries and contractors on the basis of audited annual accounts or Forecasts of the agreed construction programs You check the quarterly deliveries in the electronic database for cost-refunding (eVKE) in terms of quality and completeness and completed evaluations and reports on federal construction data You support the further development of the eVKE database and are a contact person for users We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed higher education (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor), for example in the fields of economics, economics or comparable qualifications. Competences: You have good knowledge and practical experience in financial and controlling as well as in the use of controlling instruments You have good IT application skills (Microsoft Office) You have knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire them at short notice Other: Your thorough operation and high reliability are excellent.
