IT employee for quality management in the SAP S/4HANA project

At the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, the place is as close as possible IT staff in the SAP S/4HANA project (debate group 13 TV-L) a period of 50 % of regular working time by 31 December 2027. We, the team of Application Support, is responsible for the development, customization and support of applications for administration and students. The application SAP ECC 5.0 maps the core processes of the University of Oldenburg around the administration. The software supports the entire lifecycle of the university in the field of accounting, controlling, household management, purchasing, personnel administration, personnel accounting, time management and organization management. In order to strengthen our team and for our project to convert SAP ECC 5.0 to SAP S/4HANA, we are looking for an eye-catching, communication-intensive colleague with interest in a diverse, responsible area of responsibility and joy in working with colleagues from a wide range of areas.

Building and developing quality standards for the S/4HANA project Establishing quality assurance and test management at the University (e.g. PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) as a quality management model) for the SAP S/4HANA project through the development, maintenance and development of a test environment in SAP S/4HANA and development, implementation of frameworks for efficient test automation, and deployment and programming of modern test automation tools Planning, coordination, design, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures in the SAP S/4HANA project (e.g. Black Box Test, White Box Test, Components/Module/Unit Tests Integration Tests, acceptance tests, system tests, load test) Conception and optimization of test cases in the test management tool to ensure complete quality assurance as well as planning, implementation and documentation of test cases Evaluation, analysis and documentation of test results and derivation of optimization measures, documentation of deviations as well as production of quality and project reports and management reports Support in risk analysis and assessments, audits, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management and validation of systems Support of the SAP S/4HANA project team in the application of quality standards for specific projects and processes to ensure product quality (functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, changeability, transferability, wartability) and in compliance with standards and regulations (e.g. GxP, General Data Protection Regulation, ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9004, ISO 27001) Active consulting of project staff and interfaces in the implementation and compliance of planned quality measures and coaching and training of employees.

Required / Adjustment requirements Academic degree (Master or Diploma) relevant qualification and professional experience in quality management Experience in test conception, test design and test performance, knowledge in the use of common test automation software and experience in coaching test teams. Organisational strength, resilience, a high degree of enforcement and a strong self-motivation. Knowledge of quality standards in IT as well as laws, standards and regulations. Experience in building quality standards Flowing German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing
