CNC Machine Setter - Shift Management / Programming / Production (m/f/d)

We are a successful medium-sized aluminium die casting company in Meckenheim near Bonn with 75 years of company tradition. With approx. 200 employees and using state-of-the-art machines & manufacturing processes, we develop, design and produce aluminum die casting parts in the highest precision in close cooperation with our renowned customers, with a high level of quality and reliability. Our products are used in diverse industries, including:

• Solar and electrical industry • Automotive area • white goods • Medical technology • Industrial motor construction • Household and garden equipment • Lighting industry • Heating technology

You lead, organize and develop your team of up to 25 employees and promote their professional development. You program and align our CNC machining centers (predominantly Siemens control) for manufacturing in the light metal sector and continuously optimize the processes. You ensure a smooth production process and work closely with the adjacent specialist departments. You monitor compliance with the productivity requirements and the production program and initiate corrective measures if necessary. You are responsible for the collection of production indicators, the maintenance of documentation, and compliance with management systems and ISO standards.

You have a completed training as a machining, tool or industrial mechanic. You have at least two years of professional experience, ideally in the light metal sector for the automotive industry. You bring practical experience as a funnel or layer leader with CNC machining centers – ideally with Siemens control. You have already gained first leadership experience and convince with the willingness to design and enforcement. An independent, precise and result-oriented way of working with “Hands-on” mentality is what distinguishes you. You speak good German to ensure smooth communication in the team.
