As an in-house consultant SAP EC Payroll (m/w/d), you are responsible for evaluating technical requirements and their technical implementation within SAP EC Payroll Your tasks include Customizing in Employee Central Payroll or the Provider Control for Implementation You are actively working to build a new area around SuccessFactors according to predefined system standards Analysis and processing of technical innovations from support packages for the HR Payroll department Relevance, implications and recommendations for the activation/implementation of new technical features is part of your working day You can classify and prioritize Incidents and Change Requests together with HR Process Ownern and the 2nd Level Support

Completion of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in SAP HCM consulting (including customizing) and/or SAP module support with focus on SAP HCM personnel administration & personnel accounting (PA/PY) First experiences in ABAP development would be desirable High affinity for HR and/or IT topics and joy in questioning and optimising existing processes Team skills, structured work, independent working, strong communication and presentation skills and experience in the management of workshops Very good knowledge of German and English
