You develop, maintain and analyze reports, overviews and evaluations on personnel development measures and prepare them to address them. You plan, organize and control internal and external training measures and systematically keep in mind providers, costs, participations and the effectiveness of the measures. You take over the operational implementation of selected personnel development measures (e.g. onboarding modules, Welcome-Days, Information Days), develop them further and ensure a structured and smooth operation. In occupational health management, you play an active role in the development of personnel and contribute to the design, organisation and evaluation of appropriate measures. You analyse existing processes and support the further development of efficient and pragmatic personnel development processes – with a focus on transparency, economics and feasibility in an international environment.

Relevant, completed training or completed studies in the field of human resources management, business management, economic or social sciences or a comparable qualification. First well-founded practical experience in the HR or personnel development environment, ideally with regard to analysis, reporting, control or operational implementation. Analytical skills as well as a high understanding of key figures, cost structures and evaluation logics. Structured, very careful and self-responsive operation with high number and detail affinity. Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications, especially Excel; ideally experience with HR systems or reporting tools. Secure English knowledge in word and writing. Team-oriented, reliable personality with pragmatic hands-on mentality and pleasure in structured work.
