Global contact for all customers around the electronic mapping and further development of EDI business processes
Control of communication with external service providers, integrators and consultants
Overarching prioritization of all EDI requirements in close coordination with our IT teams
Monitoring of existing EDI compounds including Error analysis, continuous optimization and development of preventive measures together with internal IT and external partners
Management and implementation of EDI projects and onboarding new EDI connections for customers and suppliers
Contact for our EDI service provider for all new and existing connections
Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, EDI guidelines, and definition of SLAs

Experience with SAP ECC and ideally SAP S4/HANA
