Fleet Coordinator (m/w/d)

Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a:n fleet coordinator (m/w/d) in part or full time at the next time. With organizational skills, sense of responsibility and a high degree of accuracy, you support our Logistics Operations Management department and help us efficiently control our fleet throughout Germany.

You support the management and maintenance of our fleet in a digital fleet management software and ensure high data quality You organize vehicle shifts, accompany smaller projects and participate in the operational control of fleet management You carry out administrative tasks such as contract management, registrations and registrations, driver's license controls and the documentation of vehicle movements In the marketing of vehicles as well as in the production of reports, analyses and evaluations for fleet control and utilization You will check incoming documents, support the accounting process and take care of a structured storage and data management You work closely with our logistics locations, external service providers and internal departments (e.g. purchasing, accounting, controlling) You actively contribute to the standardization and further development of our fleet processes

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Speditionskaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring first professional experience in fleet management, logistics or service management with You work structured, carefully and reliably – even under time pressure You have a high affinity for digital tools and ideally experience in handling fleet software as well as very good MS Excel knowledge You are team-oriented, take responsibility and take pragmatic action You have organizational talent, communication strength and keep track of multiple tasks at the same time
