Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

You run the purchasing department professionally and disciplined and develop the team You set up a sustainable shopping strategy and put it into implementation (suppliers, NU, processes, standards) You are responsible for strategic and operational procurement for construction, civil engineering and GU projects You tax the award and negotiation of post-contractor services (crude construction, extension, TGA etc.) You conduct price and contract negotiations with a view to quality, dates and costs You complete framework agreements and develop supplier and NU relationships in the long term You agree early: Supporting the costing in quotation and award phase Ensure material availability and delivery reliability for ongoing projects You analyze procurement markets (building materials, NU, services) and identify opportunities/risks You establish efficient purchasing processes (transparency, controlling, risk and claim prevention)

Multiannual professional experience in the purchase of a construction company (high construction/low construction/GU – mandatory) Management experience in comparable responsibility Very good knowledge of building contract law, especially VOB/B (BGB building contract law of advantage) Detectable experience in the award and negotiation of subcontractor packages Sovereign appearance, strong negotiation and enforcement – without “elbow mentality” Entrepreneurial thinking, structured working and clear decision-making Safe handling of ERP/construction-specific systems and MS Office (e.g. iTWO 4.0 or the like) Team orientation and pragmatism: Solutions must work at the construction site
