Responsibility for work, health and safety issues (H&S) in our wind energy projects (onshore and/or offshore) as well as control and monitoring of external service providers Development, implementation and continuous optimization of H&S concepts for construction, service and operating phases of wind turbines Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and project-related requirements (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV, BaustellV and international standards) Examination and assessment of hazard assessments, in particular in terms of work at height (e.g. GWO, PSA against crash), working on electrical installations (HV/LV), crane and lifting operations, construction sites and offshore risks Planning and implementation of training, instruction and safety briefings Organisation and monitoring of audits, construction sites and inspections Analysis of accidents at work, Near Misses and incidents relevant to safety, derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures Close cooperation with project management, technology, external partners, authorities and professional associations Function as an interface and savings partner for HR, in particular in the further development of security culture and organisational H&S topics – based on the structure as a staff member or in the HR area Creation of reports, KPIs and management reviews in the field of Health & Safety

Complete study in the field of occupational safety, engineering, environmental technology or comparable qualification Recognition as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa), ideally complemented by additional qualifications in the field of wind energy Multiannual professional experience in the H&S environment, preferably in wind energy, in plant construction, in the construction industry or in the technical field Very good knowledge of relevant standards and standards (e.g. ISO 45001, GWO, SCC, Building Site Law) Experience with work in height and safety-critical working environments Travel readiness and altitude fitness Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enforcement strength, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation and a pronounced security affinity Joy of cross-departmental cooperation and ideally experience in cooperation with HR or in a staff function
