We are now looking for a building manager (m/w/d) for transmission networks for the energy transition area. This position requires a high degree of readiness, self-responsibility and loadability.

Your tasks include: Professional leadership and coordination of the project-related team Conduct and control of ARGE and BIGE structures Ensuring quality, costs and dates Monitoring the professional execution of construction services Documentation of the construction process Check and evaluate the amounts and audits Participation in administrative decreases Support for organisational and administrative tasks in the construction office and in the overall project

Completed degree as a Dipl.-Bauingenieur*in, Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering or comparable qualification Experience in the leadership of ARGE and BIGE configurations High social competence and secure leadership of teams with different technical and cultural backgrounds Multiannual professional experience in construction management or construction monitoring Embossed communication and communication skills Team-oriented working with diplomatic skills Class B driving licence Knowledge of the relevant regulations (in particular VOB) and the general legal basis (e.g. BGB) Very good knowledge of German and English
