Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team ''Executive Taxes'' with currently 3 employees Main responsibility for the correct preparation and timely submission of the essential income tax declarations and associated tax calculations for the supervised domestic (10+) STIHL companies Responsibility for tax calculations in the annual accounts of the supervised STIHL companies and their annual plans Tax responsibility for special topics and projects relating to the asset management and capital investments of the supervised STIHL companies Further development of the Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS) of the supervised domestic STIHL companies Development of the digitization of the processes in the tax department using automation solutions and artificial intelligence

Complete studies in the field of business management, law or a comparable degree course focusing on tax Successfully completed tax consultant exams Long-term activity in the tax department of an industrial company or an established tax consultancy company Knowledge in the field of income taxes with advanced knowledge of the taxation of private companies and international taxation Extended knowledge in the field of capital investment taxation is advantageous Outstanding leadership experience and leadership skills Strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex tax issues independently and to present them in a comprehensible way to decision-makers Efficiency, commitment and a structured way of working Trustworthy appearance and excellent communication skills German and English skills, both in writing and oral
