You can do this with us:

• Operating main contact partner for customers in the responsible inventory
• Planning, control and control of all FM services (technical & infrastructural)
• Coordination and evaluation of service providers incl. Complaint management
• Implementation of object and warranty visits incl. Documentation
• Ensuring operator obligations, tests and plant conditions
• Maintenance and updating of technical and infrastructure master data
• Environmental and energy management incl. Measures to be taken
• Cost control, accounting and reporting
• Support for projects and implementation of special tasks
• Ensure legal requirements, standards and guidelines
• Identification of optimization and order potentials

We wish you:

• Complete technical or commercial studies or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual professional experience in facility management / object management
• Funded knowledge of real estate management
• Very good SAP R/3 and MS Office skills
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Organisational strength, ownership and enforcement
• Treasury, professional appearance
• High operational readiness and loadability
• Class B driving licence and mobility
