Social service and educational companion (f/m/d) for our vocational training area

A lively coexistence of generations is the heart of the Anna Haag multigeneration house. Our bright, modern building combines a senior centre, an educational centre and a daycare centre. Children, adolescents, adults and seniors form a lively community, as in a ''big family''. Every day in the multi-generation house is colorful, varied and rarely boring – here it is possible to work well! Our team Education Centre is looking forward to you Social Services and Educational Support (w/m/d) in full or part-time (from 60 per cent) Our educational establishment is embedded in the overall performance of our multi-generation house. We offer young people with a need for support opportunities for career orientation and training. Multi-professional teams from trainers, social teachers, teachers and psychologists work closely together to support participants in the best possible way. In our field of vocational training we qualify young adults with disabilities. We develop an individual future perspective with them and accompany them in the transition to a workplace. We are successful when our young people stand on their own legs in the (vocational) life.

As a social service and education partner, you are responsible for funding planning. They strengthen the professional knowledge and skills of our participants and their personal and social skills. They design the vocational training system and support participants in individual and group settings during the action. They involve the families and the social environment of young people in the funding process. They organize internships and information events for interested students and are in a busy exchange with teachers, parents and cost-beneficiaries.

You have studied special pedagogy, pedagogy or social work or completed a comparable educational training. They were able to gain practical experience in disabled or youth assistance. They bring strong commitment and convince with creativity in communicating our participants. It has a high level of organisational and team competence and a structured, independent working style. They are open to new ideas and concepts in pedagogical work.
