Take the position of EFK OC in the “Machine Service Management” group of ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology. The group is part of the “Equipment Life Cycle Services” department, which is responsible for cross-sectional processes and services throughout the entire machine life cycle in the context of internal resource development. Our development group specialises in the support of high-precision special machines that are crucial for the production of the most precise optics worldwide. These special systems are at the threshold of the technically possible and are used under extreme conditions. In our group we are jointly responsible for ensuring the technical availability of these innovative equipment, which we are manufacturers. We intend to create and continuously expand a deep expertise in the technologies used through close cooperation with international suppliers and specialised development departments. We strive not only to master the technical challenges, but also to continuously shift the boundaries of the possible and to contribute to more powerful semiconductors.

They take over the electrotechnical plant responsibility according to DIN EN 50110-1 in the development area during the period of construction, construction, integration and commissioning

They are involved in the electrotechnical development of special machine projects, which lead from conceptualization to incoming transport, and provide technical support

in the context of electrotechnical pre-absorption, you will ensure that our special machines meet the relevant electrotechnical standards and legislation

They are responsible for the transfer of responsibility for the electrical equipment to the operator organisations

They will evaluate the systems during the ongoing operation with regard to their control characteristics, identify and troubleshoot errors as well as submit and initiate suggestions for optimization

within the framework of project steerings, it is your responsibility to report on the current state of the machines

an electrotechnical basic qualification in the fields of electrical, automation, operating, energy or building technology as well as a technical (technical) university degree with an above-average degree in electrical engineering

at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in industrial engineering in the fields of machine or special machinery construction, removal and proper operation, as well as the placing of machines with a focus on electrical engineering

Basic knowledge of programming e.g. control technology or high-level programming

Knowledge of electrical construction (EPLAN P8)

routine in the application of the machine directive as well as extensive theoretical and practical experience in the design and implementation of electrotechnical laws, standards and regulations, in particular EN 60204-1 (VDE 0113-1)

a marked resilience and enforcing ability, as well as an entrepreneurial action and a reliable knowledge of German language round off their profile
