You are responsible for complaint management in the field of GMP You develop individual solutions for the needs of our customers You carry out sample-like quality checks and start the associated reporting You are analysing causes of errors and, in cooperation with our expert experts, you are taking appropriate measures You complement the internal auditor team and accompany both internal and external audits

You have completed training in commercial or technical sciences You ideally bring first professional experience in quality management (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) or other management systems with You have good PC skills (MS Office, MS SharePoint and SAP) You have fun in new challenges and draw your attention through a structured, conscientious and service-oriented way of working
