Ensuring efficient production processes Compliance with the quantity and date requirements according to the current production plan Responsibility for product quality, secondary packaging and quality specifications according to specifications, product accompanying certificate and legal requirements Personnel responsibility for the shift leader/employee within the shift team at the can plant Representation of the team leader Ensuring productivity using the metric system Implementation of the OEE/plant efficiency requirements Systematic detection and analysis of plant failures and plant shutdowns Detection of malfunctions in the operation and initiation and maintenance of corrective measures

Complete vocational training in the technical field, ideally specialist for food technology, brewers or also specialist training Multiannual professional practice and experience in personnel management Teamability, flexibility and technical understanding Ready for shift work in the 5-shift system Embossed hygiene awareness
