HSE Manager for Safety Management / Occupational Safety (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively contribute to ensuring that work, environmental and health protection is sustainably ensured at our sites? Then introduce your know-how to our team and help us develop and implement our integrated HSE management system. Your tasks at a glance: You develop multi-site guidelines and processes in occupational, environmental and health protection and accompany their introduction and optimization. You make an important contribution to maintaining and continuously improving our integrated management system. The responsibility for managing multi-site HSE projects and the professional leadership of the participating teams is also part of your area of responsibility. As part of the integrated management system, you create specification documents, take process responsibility and ensure a uniform document structure. As support for the locations, you ensure that all the content of the management system is implemented operationally and serve as a reliable basis.

Complete technical studies (e.g. in the fields of safety technology, occupational safety and health protection, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or qualification as a state-tested technician with a focus on technical or safety-relevant fields (e.g. machinery, electrical, environmental or safety technology) First professional experience (1-2 years) for example in a manufacturing industry and/or in project management ISO 45001 knowledge, environmental management according to ISO 14001 and occupational safety law Very good knowledge of German and English and safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High conception, solution-oriented thinking, independent work and work in the team readiness for international missions (about 30%)
