Our Capital Projects department is responsible for construction and investment projects throughout Germany. We provide comprehensive services in all relevant structures in the areas of construction and technical building equipment in data centers. In the context of construction measures in stock, we provide everything from one source from planning to execution.

Creation and processing of CAD plans for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation systems (HKLS) You set up design, execution, detail and revision plans according to project and enterprise standards Secure integration of changes and supplements into existing plan stands and structured management of documentation, plan stands and project data You work closely with project management and the TGA expert planners, take technical coordination and agree with internal specialist departments and external partners Compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. DIN, VDI, VDI 6022, EnEV/GEG), support in the preparation of tender documents and performance directories as well as in the technical assistance for the construction designInteresse? A successfully completed training as a technical system planner (m/w/d) – Supply and Equipment Technology or a comparable technical qualification form the foundation You could already gain professional experience in the TGA planning, especially in the HKLS trade unions Very good knowledge of common CAD systems and ideally experiences with AutoCAD / AutoCAD MEP and Caneco Implantation and mh Software are required. Your safe understanding of planning, testing and coordination processes within construction projects will facilitate your activity You work according to technical regulations and standards Structured, independent working as well as pronounced communication and team skills complete your profile
