Studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Experience in the technical project or program management of electrical or power electronics Technical understanding to communicate with development departments and customers at eye level Impressed business thinking and interest in entrepreneurial responsibility First or multi-year leadership experience of advantage Negotiating English International readiness to travel (approx. 30–40 %)
