You develop and implement modern concepts for personnel development, talent management, leadership development and change management. You design and moderate training, workshops, leadership assessments and digital learning formats for national and international audiences. You advise and accompany executives, employees and teams in development and change processes. You guide and accompany national and international personnel development and organisational development projects. You are a contact person (m/w/d) for our company training and support the development of our junior talents.

You have a successfully completed study of economic psychology, pedagogy, business administration with a focus on personnel or a comparable subject, ideally complemented by systemic training in the field of coaching or organizational development. You bring several years of professional experience in personnel development, talent management or learning & development. You are convinced by strong consulting, communication and moderation skills and are delighted to accompany people and organizations in change processes. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, bring creative ideas and successfully implement them with a high level of implementation. You can communicate safely in German and English and move in a national and international environment.
