Then get involved with us! Who are we? What are we doing? Finance/Controlling (FC) Participations is responsible for the participation controlling at Mercedes-Benz Cars. Our area creates business assessments for M&A transactions, supports existing stakes in FC-relevant issues and accompanies the establishment of new companies. As a cross-sectional function, we represent the interface between operating (e.g. development, production, sales etc.) and central finance areas (e.g. accounting, treasury, tax etc.). These challenges include: Support in the implementation of M&A transaction processes including Examination and assessment of business models

Participation in the management of 100% subsidiary companies and minority holdings (including Financial KPI tracking and reporting)

Active cooperation in preparing/ implementing management bodies and Mercedes-Benz-intern workshops

Support in the further development of finance & controlling processes and methods

The mandatory or combination internship can start from March 2026 with a duration of 6 months.

Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on corporate finance, controlling and/or accounting

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable

Teamability, Structured and Targeted Operation, Communication Skill, Engagement, Analytical Thinking

Ready for intercultural cooperation is required
