Co-responsibility for the smooth running at reception & reservation Personal, professional and sensitive guest care. You are the first & last contact of the guest at the hotel (welcome to check-out) General correspondence as well as answering telephone, postal or personal requests and forwarding telephone calls complaint processing according to internal requirements Concierge Works (Weckruf, Taxiruf und Table Bookings)

at least one year of professional experience at the hotel reception Self-employment, service readiness & great affinity for a daily team-oriented working Experiences in dealing with various guest characters/personalities authentic appearance & pleasure in a competent service a communicative, motivated & natural personality good computer skills, experience with a hotel software desirable
