Project Manager CSR / Sustainability Part-time (m/w/d)

As a CSR and sustainability team, we work together to improve Lidl's ecological and social footprint and communicate our sustainability goals internally and externally. Our mission? To become the most sustainable fresh discounter. For this we are in daily exchange with different stakeholders. We represent our approach and gain impulses for the further development of our goals.

As a project manager in the field of CSR, you are responsible for the further development and coordination of Lidl Deutschland's sustainability activities. You develop and support various projects within the framework of our sustainability strategy and thus actively contribute to achieving our sustainability goals.

... that means:

Supporting various CSR projects, such as the further development of the Sustainability Report or the organisation of dialogue formats Coordination and implementation of communication activities/activities (e.g. internal communication campaign on sustainability) Creating content for the Lidl website and support with our Lidl News Cooperation in reporting and implementation and processing of market analyses Contact and interface for our internal colleagues

The place is occupied in part-time (20 hours/week).

Complete studies, preferably with a focus on sustainability Professional experience in supporting sustainability topics and in project management Ideally first experience in sustainability communication High communication and team capability, coupled with a pronounced enforcement capability A quick understanding and an independent and responsible way of working
